Foundation 2: Continuation of Foundation 1 skills, intro to contacts, tunnel, intro to weaves, beginning sequencing

Novice: Description pending

• Prereq: Foundation 2 or Instructor Approval
• Details: Runs continously, $25/class paid at beginning of the month
